Glystar Plus is mixed at the rate of 1 to 5 pints per acre in 10 to 40 gallons of water per acre as a broadcast spray unless specified depending on the target weed according to the product label. Mixing stronger will not make it work better: this could cause resistance in areas where the same plants are treated many times with this or other glyphosate products.
