Does Impact XT have to be vented outside when used in crawl space?

Answer:

No, the Santa Fe Impact XT does not need to vented outside per the manufacturer. This will defeat the purpose of using the machine to dehumidify by letting the warm air out. Also, depending on the conditions, it is recommended to change the filter every 3-6 months.
