Does Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide kills poison ivy growth?

I have poison ivy stated growing . Will this kill poison ivy. Also it's sprint and temp is about 60 in New York so is it good time to put this down first to kill all type of weeds growing? And the other two product you also put down the same day
