Does the 1/2 inch of water need to be applied at once after using Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade)?

I put down my application before expected rain earlier this week, however we only got about 1/10 of an inch. More rain is expected in a few days. Is it ok to wait for that rain or should the entire 1/2 inch of watering in occurred at the same time?? Thanks!
