Does the Advance Termite Bait Station System detect and kill termites or just used to detect termites?

Please clarify, after the installation of the stations, monitor the stations every 90 days, only if termites are active in the station do I remove the inspection cartridge and replace with a bait cartridge? Is this correct?

Yes, you are correct. The Advance Termite Bait Station System is used for monitoring termite activity surrounding the home. Each station holds a wood monitoring base and a termite inspection cartridge. Monitor the bait stations every 90 days and if termites are active in one of the stations, remoe the inspection cartridge and replace with a bait cartridge. Continue to monitor the stations every 90 days, once termite activity has stopped, remove the bait cartridge and replace with an inspection cartridge. Continue monitoring and repeat the process if necessary. .
