Does the bait replace the monitoring base? should the base be replaced when consumed?

Answer:

Advance Termite Monitoring Base needs to be replaced at least once every 12 months and no less than every 15 months. It would be kept in the station with either a monitoring inspection cartridge or Trelona Compressed Termite Bait
