    Can EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control be sprayed in or around a vegetable garden?
    A

    EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control can safely be applied 15 feet away from edible gardens. Be sure to apply on a less windy day to reduce the risk of drifting into the garden.

    Does EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control harm bees and butterflies?
    A

    EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control is labeled to target mosquitoes, ticks, and flies. However, this product could kill other insects, including beneficial insects, if they are sprayed directly with it. We recommend that you avoid spraying blooming plants or in areas where pollinators are active to help protect these insects.

    Will EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control also work for spiders?
    We are looking for something to use for mosquitos outdoors around our dock and for spiders on the dock.
    A

    EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control does not list spiders as a target insect on the product label.  However, you could consider using EcoVia EC instead, which does include both mosquitoes and spiders as target insects on the label, among others, and can safely be applied in and around homes, and near and over water such as boat docks and pool areas.

    Is it safe to eat herbs that were spayed with EcoVia MT?
    A

    EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control is not labeled to be used on edible vegetation.  It would be recommended to discard anything sprayed and not consume for at least a growing season.

    After applying EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control, can livestock graze the area after the treatment has dried?

    As long as pets are out of the area during application and kept out of the area until the application has completely dried, EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control is safe for pets. Please make sure to read all label instructions before application

    Do you apply EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control around the border and edges of the yard or as a broadcast spray over the lawn?
    A

    For mosquito control, the key when spraying an insecticide like EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control is to focus on the undersides of the foliage on bushes, trees, shrubs as this is where adults hide during the heat of the day as well as in shady and cool areas. Broadcast spray applications to entire areas of the lawn that are in full sun would not be needed as this is not habitable for them. Please view the full product label for more information.

    Can EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control be used in a restaurant for flies?

    No, EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control is not labeled to be used inside a restaurant.

    Will EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control kill bees while targeting mosquitos and ticks?
    A

    EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control is an insecticide so it will potentially harm bees if they come in contact with the application.

    Per the product label, avoid applications if bees or other pollinators are foraging in the treatment area and avoid spraying blooms on flowering plants. We suggest applying when they are least active.

    Can I mix EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control with diesel or mineral oil for my thermal fogger?
    Trying to find the best product to use in our thermal fogger. I spray a large private park with it. Have been using the Black Flag thermal fogging product but it's really getting expensive.

    EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control can be used in certain thermal fogging equipment and be mixed with mineral oil for thermal fogging as directed on the label.
