Exciter Insecticide is used as an additive to make an insecticide work faster. We would not recommend this product being the sole product you are using for bed bugs because it does not provide any residual control, however it does offer fast kill of bed bugs and any other insect pests. It would be a great additive to a product such as Temprid SC.

ExciteR pyrethrin concentrate contains 6% pyrethrins and can be used alone in a fogger or pump sprayer, or as an additive to other insecticides for a faster knock-down of insect pests, but it is not a repellent. When used alone, ExciteR does not leave a long residual. ExciteR Insecticide can be used for that extra punch in any insecticide, except with non-repellent products which are on our site, Termidor SC and Phantom.

We would also recommend a bait gel, such as Maxforce Magnum, for use inside of cabinets and drawers for another source to kill the roaches. Be sure not to spray the bait because it will contaminate it and the roaches will not consume it.
Unfortunately, ExciteR Insecticide is not considered an organic product as it is not labeled to be used on edible gardens. We do have PyGanic Gardening which also contains pyrethrins and is OMRI certified for use on a wide variety of crops.
