February Application

I'm in southeast NC. My centipede is still dormant but weeds have started popping up. Can I apply this while the lawn is still dormant or should I wait?

Answer:

Ferti-Lome Centipede Weed and Feed 15-0-15 should be applied when soil temperatures are above 55 degrees and when the provided nutrients are needed in your lawn. Here is our lawn care schedule to give you a general idea as to when products should be applied or you may also consider speaking to your extension office for assistance on your specific area  What fertilizer you need is going to vary depending on what nutrients are needed.
