Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone and pet safety

My dogs like to chew on sticks in the yard and one even eats acorns some of the sticks. After it dries, is Fertilone Weed Free zone still safe for them in this case?

Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone is safe around pets when used as directed.  You should keep pets out of the area until it has dried, typically 4-6 hours is safe to return them.
