AND wild violets. Even though I put down pre-emergents (Dimension and Gallery) this spring some of the little buggers are coming up in my fescue lawn. Chamberbitter looks like a little Mimosa tree and it is very difficult to control according to the three lawn services that I hired and fired. I've taken matters into my own hands and finally have a weed free (almost) lawn. About twice a week I walk around and lightly spot spray any weeds that emerge so they can't mature and form seed. WFZ even damaged some crabgrass. The pre-emergents worked well but I think next year I'll put down a second application and continue to use the WFZ for any weed that dares to rear its ugly head.

got quick delivery - used this on dollarweed, and several other broadleaf weeds....worked good, and fairly quick (3 days) I will be buying more!

My yard and my neighbors yard has Creeping Charlie and I needed something that would get rid of it. It will take a few more spraying, because he doesn't do anything to his yard but mow it!

Have been using for about 15-20 years. Doesn't hurt my centipede grass and does an excellent job on weeds. Be sure to follow instructions!

Very Effective against dollar weed invading a lawn of Bermuda/ San Augustin without apparent damage to the lawn grasses.

Used on St. Augustine. Applied at low-medium strength (1 oz / gal) in mid May with a surfactant. No apparent change in the dollarweed 1 - 2 days after application. However, after 2-3 weeks the dollarweed began turning yellow and is dying. St. Augustine shows some stunted growth, but otherwise is not affected. Very pleased with the results. Did not have any effect on wild violets, but this plant is notoriously difficult to treat. Plan to mix at a higher strength this fall and spot treat this weed.

Had great results using Weed Free Zone on Virginia Button Weed.Have tried other brand name products over the years,but did not get the results like I did with this product.

Only product that worked for me. Sprayed gallons of weedkiller that supposedly worked nothing did. I had to spray twice. My lawn was heavily infested. First spray killed 60%. A large area was sprayed so a lot was missed. Sprayed second time BYE BYE Charlie all gone!!

This stuff is kinda pricey but it really works. I bought it to kill ground ivy and broad leaf weeds. It is really good at killing these weeds and others I was surprised it killed.

I have only used the product with one application but I was amazed at how fast the weeds in the lawn died. I did not use a sticker but it worked well without the sticker. I am ordering the sticker for the next use,

We needed to control Creeping Charlie in a large Bahia lawn in Central Fl. We applied Fertilome Weed Free Zone using a one gallon hand sprayer and within 2 days the weeds were brown and wilting. We treated areas that had become a thick carpet of Creeping Charlie, areas where it was still sparse and spreading in thick grass, and everything in between. What we got was dead weeds and unaffected grass. We mixed at the recommended rate and did not use a surfactant. As long as the spray fully wets the leaf surface of the weed they meet their demise. Wanted to thank all of the reviewers that took the time to review this product. Although we were still shocked at how quick and effective it was - without harming our lawn at all - we made the decision to purchase at your recommendation, and we are grateful we did.

To begin with I have always used Weed Free Zone. This year I bought another brand trying to save money, it killed the grass and not the weeds. So I went back with Weed Free Zone, It is pricy but it kills the weeds and not your grass, works better than anything on the market.

This product really works. I start notice the difference around 3rd day after I spray it. I am so glad I found this one. I had tried so many kinds that I got from Home Depot and nursery places to treat the clover leaves problem in my yard, but non of them worked. Will definitely buy this every year to keep the week away and save my time and money.

This product is ridiculous!! I have tried just about everything on the market and this is by far the best. It didnt hurt the lawn one bit and it kills everything in your lawn but the grass within a few days. It's well worth the price and much more if you want fast results.

So far so good. My Bahaia & other bladed grass/weed is alive and the florida snow pulsey and clover are brown. :) Of course I'd rather be in the "no-lawn" camp, and use NO chemicals... but unfortunatley HOA forces us to keep lawns. So I use this sparingly in the small spots before they get bigger and destroy the lawn (as florida snow does). This did exactly what it is designed to do. For that I'm giving it the rating.

Out of all the items I had purchased in the past to get rid of the Florida snow (little white flower that grow in your grass), this is the only product that took care of that problem. This Weed Free Zone really works and it does get rid of the Florida snow. You do not need very much of it and it you mix it with water in a Chaplin container or any container with a sprout. Mix 1/2 water, 2 Tablespoons of the Fertilome Weed Zone and fill the bottle the rest of the way with water, Then all you have to do is spray your weeds. It does not take very long for the weeds to disappear. Do your Own also recommends that you fertilize your lawn after the weeds are gone to fertilize with Milogranlite for the bald areas to sprout up fresh healthy grass and prevent the weeds from coming back. Thank you Do Your Own for your recommendation and assistance. I will be shopping on line with you in the near future. Also shipping was fast too. My order came faster than the due date for delivery. It's difficult to find a broad spectrum weed control that doesn't hurt either Bahia or Centipede. Even though it isn't labeled as such, the 24D will kill Doveweed. I made spot treatments for Buttonweed, Doveweed, Beggarweed, Spurge and Clover in August & September in North Florida with fantastic results - It killed the target without harming the grass. I will be spraying my entire lawn next Spring.

With the expert help from DoMyOwn, I found that Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone is the only thing proven to kill creeping charlie. Its not cheep, but it really works well. Some areas did need two applications, but it is gone.

IMHO, Weed Free Zone is the best and easiest product that I have found to control most yard weeds in lawns. It kills all the types which I have in mine and is also successful in the yards which I use it in for others. Spend the extra money, now, and don't waste it on products at Hardware stores. You'll be glad you did.

Excellent product to control and get rid of those hard to get rid of weeds. Be sure you follow the directions carefully. great results using a tank pump sprayer. Delivery of product in the mail was pleasantly fast . Highly satisfied. Will buy again when i need more.

I bought Weed Free Zone to combat Ajuga which was taking over my lawn. Following instructions, I applied and within two days- the Ajuga was brown, a week later, it has dried up and was gone. The grass remained healthy. This is a great product.

I have a problem with Chamberbitter every June (even after isoxaben pre-em apps) and it looks like I finally found something that works on it post-emergently while still being safe for my Centipede lawn. It turned the chamberbitter brown/black in just a day or two. Amazing stuff. I think the higher concentration of 2-4d in this product along with 3 other ingredients was too much for the chamberbitter to handle. Also very effective on clover. And the wild violet is turning yellow and dying too. I will keep getting this every year for an overall broadleaf weed killer that is just a great performer. All I did was mix 2oz in a 2 gallon pump sprayer and went to town.

Bought the fertilizer-lome product to kill off an infestation of violets in my lawn, it did the job along with outer weeds, but did not kill the grass...

Only mixed enough to spray about half of my yard. Just to be sure I was not gonna have any turf damage. at that time my grass did not need cut only the dandelions needed cut. So I mowed the grass waited a day and sprayed half of the yard. The half that I sprayed there is not one Dandelion. Worked GREAT.

Worked great. I had many patches of oxalis all over my lawn. I sprayed my whole lawn and within days all the oxalis turned brown and died. There was no damage to my lawn. I now go around and spot spray those nasty little yellow flowers. I have been fighting oxalis for years and I now hope I can have it controlled.

Pleased with this product. It does what it says and kills the target, not the grass. You'll notice it working within a day or two... And it continues to destroy the weeds (it's been a week now)

Man, this stuff works. Had large patches of a variety of weeds in my St. Augustine lawn. In three days after spraying the weeds were yellow and the grass around the spray area looked healthy. Made two spot passes and the lawn on looking great. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

The first application on Bermuda grass was 95% effective on oxalis and 100% on creeping charlie, both turned yellow within two days and gone in a few weeks. It took care of the few bull thistle and dandelion the pre-emergent didn't get.
