Avenger Weed Killer Concentrate is mixed at the following rates per the product label:

Small annual weeds-32 oz to 7 qts of water
Large annual weeds and most perennials- 32 oz to 5 1/2 qts of water
Hard to kill weeds-32 oz to 3 qts of water
