I found some Hyvar X-L Herbicide in my shed about a quart or so it's been in there over 5 years is it still good to use?

No, Hyvar X-L Herbicide has a shelf life of 3-5 years when stored in a cool dry place. It would not be effective to use if it has been sitting for 5 years.
