    Q
When is the best time to apply Fung-onil Fungicide on a black cherry tree with brown spots on the leaves?
The tree is about 18 feet tall how much should be apply. How often. Once a a week ????
    A

If you consume the cherries from the tree, then you can use Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate at leaf fall in late autumn for leaf curl. For other listed diseases, apply at budbreak or popcorn, then full bloom to petal fall, and at shuck split to prevent infections on young fruit, per the product label. You will use 3 ¾ tsp per 4 gallons of water, generally to treat about 200 square feet.

If you need a product to use while there is still fruit on the tree, then you may want to consider Fertilome Triple Action.

    Q
Can you use to much Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide on tomatoes and what would happen?
My son applied this to the tomato plants, and they were doing good afterwards. Now the leaves are turning yellow, and they have small black spots on the leaves should we spray again or not?
    A
Fung-onil Multi-Purpose Fungicide Concentrate can be used a foliar spray every 7-10 days. You will use 2 1/2 teaspoons per application. The product is limited to 18 teaspoons per year. If you use too much per year, you are at risk for damaging/killing your plants. You can spray this product up until the day of harvest. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Q
I applied Fung-onil on my tomato plants. Mixed 2 1/2 tsp in gallon water sprayer and sprayed plants.
The next day they were all wilting seriously bad. All looked good before I sprayed. I sprayed them because I have history of blight issue and had to pull 2 of my plants. Was trying to be proactive. Is there anything I can do to help my wilting tomato's? What do you suppose happened? It was cool when I sprayed, but was hot later in the day.
    A

If the labeled rate of Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate was applied on your tomatoes, (2.5 tsp per 200 sq. ft.) we are unsure as to why wilting would have occurred.  You are welcome to contact the manufacturer Bonide directly for questions and for product support at (315) 736-8231, or by visiting their website's contact page here.
