Kills Bermuda grass
By Don on 02/23/2024
Finally a product to kill, wild Bermuda, it doesn’t seem to harm my Bahaia grass. i’m only spot spraying. Use babies Johnson and Johnson half ounce per gallon as a surfactant. I only use this product and a surfactant no other herbicide needed. May have to apply a second application after a week or two. Do not cut the grass after applying for two weeks.

Wintercreeper
By David on 07/06/2015
Used a 1% solution with the recommended non- ionic surfactant over the top of the winter creeper ground cover two weeks ago. It's been a slow death to the unwanted broadleaf weeds. The winter creeped tolerated the Fusilade without any discoloration. I will probably spray other areas with a 1.5% solution next application.

Bermuda Invasion
By Jim on 09/17/2022
One year old Zoysia yard invaded by aggressive bermuda. Researched for a solution to rid my beautiful zoysia of this ugly grass and found Fusillade II Herbicide was highly successful and recommended. IT WORKS !! Applied in conjunction with HI-YIELD Triclopyr Ester and a Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-ionic Surfactant. Follow up treatment if necessary
Works great!!!

I mixed the Fusilade w/surfactant per the label instructions and applied it to my lawn 8 days ago with a garden sprayer. Already the Bermuda grass has yellowed and looks dead. I will reapply in 20 more days just to make sure and then reseed in 14 days. The fescue seems to have survived quite well.

Torpedo Grass Killer
By Paul on 09/30/2022
Have applied Fusilade II twice now to the torpedo grass I had growing in my side yard and it is all turning yellow and appears to be dying, so I guess it is working. Did not realize that it only requires such a small amount, per the instructed ratio to do the job, when mixed with water and the surfacant. I'll have this bottle for years, but hopefully not the weeds!!
Worked well for Bermuda suppression
By Alex on 09/23/2022
I have a fairly large Bermuda invasion (1000+sf) in my fescue lawn. I mixed this in along with triclopyr plus a surfactant and sprayed. I didn't get the coverage out of 1 gallon of water so I likely ended up applying at a slightly higher rate then recommended, but there was still minimal injury to the fescue. After 2 weeks or so the Bermuda had severely yellowed to the point where I was able to remove it easily with a steel rake. My only complaint is that this doesn't come in a smaller container! I only used about 6ml of product, so 32 oz will likely last a lifetime
Nothing Else Gets Bermuda Grass
By Rhonda on 10/27/2012
The active ingredient in Fusilade is very effective against Bermuda Grass and moderately effective (but the best there is) agains Johnson Grass. Fusilade is cheaper than Roundup because even for Bermuda you use less to the gallon even with the cost of the surfectant added in. And it is grass-specific -- it won't kill your favorite rose if a drop drifts onto it, as Roundup will. But read the label -- some non-grass plants are a bit susceptible to it. This is the best deal on Fusilade I found and I like the new container. Even though I live in a big agricultural area, DoMyOwnPestControl's price was less than any I found here and much less than any other Web source. It arrived promptly and well packed, mostly in biodegradable shredded cardboard.
