Gentrol IGR can be mixed with any insecticide. It is the only birth control that has been shown to work on bed bugs, however it is not 100% guaranteed to work every single time in every home. Sprays alone are not enough to eliminate bed bugs though as they cannot be used in all the areas that you need to treat for bed bugs. We would recommend our Indoor Flea Kit which provides you with the necessary components to completely eliminating fleas in your home the most efficient way. Pets should be out of the area during treatment until dry, typically 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Keep in mind that Gentrol is just an insect growth regulator and does not have any insecticidal properties, not being able to apply it onto a mattress does not have a negative effect on a regular bed bug treatment, for exmple.
Gentrol IGR Concentrate does not have any killing properties to it. It only prevents roaches from reproducing, but it can be used in trucks and would not stain fabric or paint. We would suggest looking at NyGuard Plus, which contains the insecticide along with the IGR to treat for roaches.
Gentrol cannot be mixed with roach bait. It is not recommended to mix any roach gel bait with boric acid or any other products, as this will contaminate the bait.
Gentrol IGR Concentrate is only labeled for use inside buildings and would not be recommended around any edible plants or in areas where the vapors would not be contained to the treated area, ie screened porches. It is also not labeled for aphids so would not be recommended.
Yes, the label states that you should spray once a month for best results. It is also very important that the source of the infestation (where the damaging larva is harboring) is discovered and eliminated, not just the visible adult insects you see wandering around. Until you find out what that is and deal with it you will continue to get more of the carpetbeetles emerging from hiding. Carpet beetles may be as likely to feed on grain based food materials as they are on animal byproducts. Pet foods stored in forgotten places, baking goods left too long in the cupboard, rodent baits tossed in the attic - all of these are quite susceptible to carpet beetle feeding. Plus, you also have the typical carpetbeetle diets of dead insects (wasp nests in the attic, dead insects in window sills), feathers (bird nests, dead birds), hair (dead rodents, wool products, trophy mounts), and other things made from animal byproducts. Once the source of the infestation is removed or cleaned, use Suspend SC and Gentrol IGR once a month until all of the beetles are gone.
