    No, Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) is meant to control annual or perennial grasses that may grow in or around onion and beet crops.

    Please provide names of 50 plants that Grass Out Max kills
    I only want to kill grass but understand there are common plants that belong to the grass family. I want to know the names of them.

    Would Grass Out Max be effective in controlling bamboo?
    We will be trying several techniques, including a non-selective herbicide but I would prefer to use a grass herbicide because other plants in the area would be affected by non-selective herbicide.

    Grass Out Max will not be effective for Bamboo. Only non-selective herbicides applied at the highest usage rate directly to cut stumps multiple times has been proven to be effective for eliminating bamboo.

    Can I spray this on Corn to control grasses as the corn emerges?
    A
    The Grass Out Max can only be applied to non-crop areas so this would not work for your needs. We are not as familiar with products that are safe to be used in agricultural areas as we are new to that side of products. We recommend contacting your local department of agriculture to get recommendations that local farmers use for weed and grass control in crops. Once they give you a product name or ingredient, give us a call and we would be more than happy to see if we carry it or can get it for you. 1-866-581-7378.

    Can Grass Out Max be used on established spruce seedlings for grass control?
    A
    We would not recommend using Grass Out Max within 30 days of planting just to be safe as it could potentially damage the seedlings. If you can wait longer than a month (more like 6 weeks), then it could be considered as an option.

    Does Grass Out Max kill zoysia grass that has intruded into my ornamental beds or is another product better?
    A

    The Grass Out Max label does not specify yes or no if it will kill Zoysia Grass. We recommend contacting the manufacturer Agrisel directly at (770) 831-4160. Using a product such as Ranger Pro as a spot treatment will work to treat the areas where you have the Zoysia Grass invading, but it will also kill anything it comes into contact with.

    Will Grass Out Max work to eliminate grass from a baseball infield? And will it kill weeds to?

    Grass Out Maxx is only labeled to control grassy weeds.  It will not kill flowers, shrubs, broadleaf crops or other broadleaf plants.  Agrisels Gly Pho-Sel Pro with 41% Glyphosate would be a better product to use, just be sure to only apply to the weeds/grasses you are wanting to kill as it can kill anything that it is applied to.

    Can I use Grass Out Max to get rid of Poa Annua in my bermuda lawn?
    If not, is there a post-emergent that is better?

    We would not recommend using Grass Out Max on your bermuda lawn as it is a grass killer and will harm the bermuda as well. Grass Out Max is used to remove all grasses from places like ornamental/flower beds and vegetable gardens. If you are looking to remove Poa Annua from your bermudagrass lawn, if you have a small lawn or just want to spot spray you can use a product like Monument 75WG. If you have a larger area you need to treat then Certainty Herbicide would do a great job as well.

    Can I use Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) to control Kentucky bluegrass that is creeping in to sprawling evergreen bushes?

    Grass Out Max  is not labeled for use on evergreen bushes. We would recommend using Gordons Ornamec Over-The-Top Grass Herbicide. This product will kill grass and is safe for use over evergreen bushes. You will mix 2.5 fl oz of product and 1/3 of a non-ionic surfactant.

    Will Grass Out Max kill California sedges?
    I've planted Carex Praegracilis(a native california sedge) as a lawn replacement but I'm seeing alot of bermuda grass and other weeds invading the area. Will Grass out max harm native sedges like Carex Praegracilis?

    No, Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) is not labeled for sedges or broadleaf weeds so it will not harm it. This product is only labeled to eliminate grasses.

    Will Grassout Max control Dallisgrass?
    I have several spots of Dallisgrass and Sandburrs in my buffalo grass pasture. Will Grass Out control my problem?

    Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) is not labeled to control dallisgrass and would harm the buffalograss when used for sandburs since it is a grass killer.  It is not labeled for use in grass pastures and would not be recommended.

    Can I use Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) to kill/control poa annua growing in my sodded Fescue lawn?
    If not, what product would you recommend?
    A

    Tthe Grass Out Max is specifically designed to kill any and all grasses it is sprayed on and ONLY kill grasses. This would not be a product you would want to use over a sod lawn and instead you would want to go with a product that is selective in either a pre or post emergent form. Because poa annua and and fescue are so closely related, there are few products that will kill the poa annua without also harming the fescue.  The only one we are currently aware of is called Prograss. Your other options would be to either spot-treat with a Roundup-type product and then reseed with the fescue in those areas, or you can use a preemergent like Prodiamine 65 WDG in the fall to prevent the poa from growing in the first place.

    Grass Out Max is a grass killer that will kill the centipede. Certainty Herbcide is a selective post emergent that is labeled for a broadleaf and grassy weeds. Please refer to the product label for the weeds you are targeting and application rates

    if Grass Out Max can be used on Dog Fennel, what would be the ratio of Grass Out Max per gallon of water?

    Grass Out Max is not labeled for dogfennel.  You could use something like Fertilome Weed Free Zone instead, at the rate of 1.5 oz - 2 oz. per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft.

    Can Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) be used on St. Augustine grass for crabgrass?

    Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) is a grass killer and will also kill your St. Augustine turf.  We would recommend a product like Blindside Herbicide. It can safely be applied to St. Augustine turf to control crabgrass and over 70 other broadleaf weeds and sedges.
