Yes, after you use Happy Jack Kennel Dip II then you can apply Happy Jack Skin Balm. Remember Happy Jack Skin Balm can be applied on animals generously to affected areas once or twice daily.
Happy Jack Kennel Dip II application instructions for dogs over 12 weeks are as follows: Spray, Dip or Sponge on: Mix 1 part concentrate in 256 parts water. Spray, dip or pour diluted product on the dog until hair and skin are thoroughly wet, making sure that dog's entire body is treated. See label for complete application instructions.

Mix 2 fl. oz. (60 mL) concentrate in 10.5 gal. water or 14 mL in 2.5 gal. water. Use enough finish spray to penetrate foliage, usually 50 – 100 gal. per acre (1 – 2 gal. per 1000 sq. ft.). To prevent infestation of buildings, treat a band of vegetation 6 – 10 feet adjacent to the structure. Conversion Equivalents: 1 fl. oz. = 30 mL = 2 Tablespoons = 6 Teaspoons
This product is used also as a spray, dip or sponge on application to dogs as directed on the label as well as interior crack and crevice applications (instructions below).
Mix 1 to 2 parts concentrate in 80 parts water (8 oz. in 2.5 to 5 gal. or 1 pt. in 5 to 10 gal. or 48 mL to 96 mL in 1 gal.) Thoroughly spray infected areas, pet beds, resting quarters, nearby cracks and crevices, along baseboards, moldings, windows, and door frames, and localized area of floor and floor covering. Do not exceed 0.56 lbs ai per 1000 sq ft of treated area. Fresh bedding should be placed in animal quarters following treatment.

For low volume spray applications, the rate is 1 part concentrate in 32 parts water (1 fl. oz. or 30 mL in 1 quart of water). In an 8 oz spray bottle, you would only be using 7.5 ml per 8 oz of water.
Applying only 1-2 fl. oz. per dog. Starting at the tail, stroke against the lay of the hair, spraying the parted hair with a fine mist directly behind the hand to insure penetrating the hair coat. Spray the entire dog until the hair coat is damp.

Happy Jack Kennel Dip II is labeled to treat Fleas, Ticks, Deer Ticks, Mange Mites, Lice, and Stable Flies so it could be any of these insects you were seeing. Unfortunately, we are not able to make an identification therefore would suggest contacting your local Vet or Entomologist with the Cooperative Extension Office for asssitance in identifying any insects you are seeing.
