I have found 3 bugs that look like carpet beetles in my house. Should I be concerned? Should I take action?

I found them in my bedroom. Is there anything that I should be doing?

Answer:

The main thing you should do is a thorough inspection to see if you can find any infested items. If you do find infested items it will be necessary to thoroughly clean the area or dispose of the infested item and treat the cracks and crevices with a residual spray such as D-Force HPX.
