We would suggest treating lawn and exterior perimeter of the home with Cyzmic CS or a general purpose insecticide granule like Talstar Xtra. Inside the home, we would suggest a Roach Control Kit as this is the most effective and thorough way to treat for active roach infestations. If there is visible residue, this may indictate that the product was overapplied to the area. Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control - 38% Permethrin is labeled for subterranean termites. However, a more effective method would be to do a trench around the perimeter of your home as it will only kill the termites that contact the treated soil. We recommend that you use a non-repellent product such as Termidor SC for a termite barrier. Termidor SC is the top termite product on the market. Termidor is completely undetectable by termites and once termites touch it they contact, ingest and spread the termiticide until it eliminates the entire colony. Slugs put down a continuous layer of mucus which makes it impossible for dried deposits of insecticide sprays to reach the actual slug. You will need to use a slug bait such as Sluggo Plus or Hi-Yield Improved Slug and Snail Bait to control the slugs.
