How can I go about applying Cleary's 3336F to 90 ½ gallon pots?

For an ongoing plant-soil feedback experiment, we intend to apply Cleary's 3336F and Ridomil Gold to 90 ½ gallon pots. We want to apply the fungicide through sprayers directly to the soil. I have looked through the manual attached to our bottle of Cleary's 3336F and am unable to find application information for pots or general greenhouse use. Any information (dilution ratios, amount of fungicide per pot, etc.) is appreciated. We have 1 gallon sprayers to hold the fungicide and spray from (I am not sure what the flow rate of the sprayer is).
