How can I neutralize Repels All?

I sprayed my garage and it didn't repel the mice. The smell is absolutely noxious. What chemical can I use to neutralize Repels All.

Answer:

Repels-All Liquid Concentrate is only for use in outdoor areas, where it would be exposed to rain/sunlight and degrade over time.  We are not aware of anything to remove the odor/product when applied off label to indoor areas.
