My dad sprayed too much. I gave him enough to spray the front and back yard and still had some left over and he sprayed the whole container (the container you connect to a water hose) on my front yard. Now I have dirt patches where I raked up the dead grass. You can see the yellow. Is there anyway I can repair it this year or do I have to resod or seed and am I out of luck this year?
The only product that can help repair a lawn that too much herbicide such as Pendulum 3.3 EC is a liquid charcoal and unfortantely we do not carry one. Over watering the area could help to push it down into the soil more but that depends on how soon after application this is done. You can try reaching out to the manufacturer to see what they would advise. BASF can be reached at 800-777-8570. You will need to wait at least 4-6 months to reseed/sod the area after application.
