How can I tell when the Advion Cockroach Bait Arena is empty?

I purchased 60 of them a year ago and didn't use all of them. I don't know how to tell if there's still bait in them

The Advion Cockroach Bait Arena https://www.domyown.com/advion-cockroach-bait-arena-p-396.html has a shelf life of 5 years. Any bait arenas that have not been used would still contain bait and be fine to use. Once in use the arenas should be replaced every 3 months.
