We need to treat a limited amount of wood in the roof rafters.
Talstar P Professional Insecticide would not be recommended for use if you need to treat wood directly. It only sits on the surface of wood and would not penetrate. It used to be used as a perimeter treatment to the soil in a trench around the home until non repellent products like Termidor SC were developed. For treating wood directly, a better option would be Bora-Care, either sprayed or painted onto the rafters.
