How do I keep out cockroaches on a permanent basis?

Please visit our Roach control page.  Your best course of action would be to put up a perimeter using a product like Cykick CS.  Be sure to focus on entry points window frames and door frames, as well as, 2-3 feet up and out round outside perimeter.
