We would recommend Atrazine to kill poa annua in centipede turgrass.  You will use 1.1 pint sper 4 gallons of water per 2,000 sq. ft. You should also use a pre-emergent such as Prodiamine in late Summer or Fall to prevent this weed from germinating going forward.
