Bora-Care with Mold-Care absorbs into the wood and remains there for as long as the wood is in service. This provides years of residual protection if used as directed on the product label for mold fungi, decay fungi and stain fungi. It is important to reduce moisture, address any leaks or water damage/sources and have proper ventilation in crawlspaces. Crawl spaces that are not ventilated properly (or AC systems that are below the dew point), will cause condensation, and eventually mold/fungus to occur.
