The instructions on bag is almost non existant. It has a zipper at top but inside the zipper is clear plastic that will not allow anything out. If I cut the clear plastic and hold upside down, seems like it would all come out too fast. There are no perforations in that inner plastic for it to sift through; I've tried it. The handle slot at bottom suggests that it should be held upside down. Specific instructions, please on how to apply.
