On the day that you apply the Ultracide, or any flea product for that matter, you should give any pets in the home a flea bath or take them to your vet for a flea dip. Since fleas can live on your pet and thrive, you must eradicate the fleas from your pet when you treat. Remember that vacuuming is also very important before and after your treatments and that you should treat every 14 days until the problem is eradicated.
