How do you use the attached measuring part on the small 4 oz bottle of Barricade 4FL Pre-Emergent Herbicide?

Answer:

You would just squeeze the bottle to get the needed amount into the measuring chamber on Barricade 4FL Pre-Emergent Herbicide Following the instructions for the "squeeze and pour" bottle in this video should help. It says for "insecticides", but it will work for this too.
