When treating shared unit buildings, using Advion Roach Bait Gel on its own would not be the most effective way to eliminate a roach colony. The best way to eradicate roaches is to use a combination of a residual spray, a roach bait, and an insect growth regulator. You may want to consider using one of our Roach Control Kits, as thekits will provide all of these products. We would also suggest applying an insecticide dust in the wall voids to help protect your home from roaches transferring from other units.
