How long after application of Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate is it toxic to pets?

I sprayed my plant, let it dry, and brought it back indoors. It has been 4 weeks now, and I saw my cat playing in it and chewing on the leaves. Should I be concerned?
