PT Wasp Freeze II Aerosol should be used when the dog is not present until dry. This aerosol is used for a quick knockdown of listed insects. It should not be applied as a broadcast on the lawn. The dog can return when the surfaces are completely dry, long enough for the water to dissipate (about an hour or so).
