Answer:

Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) is not labeled for use at all as it is used to control it so applying across the lawn has probably stunted/injured it if still dormant when it should be growing.  Only time will tell if it will recover or not, we apologize we could not provide a better answer.
