This shampoo may repel some insects for 2-3 days after application, but for the best long-term control we would recommend pairing this with another long-term flea and tick control product, such as ZoGuard Plus for Dogs or for Cats. You must wait 7 days between applications of Happy Jack Paracide Flea and Tick Shampoo.
