How long should I wait to reapply Southern Ag Atrazine Weed Killer for St Augustine Grass if an unexpected downpour came 24 hours after my application?

Answer:

Per the product label for Southern Ag Atrazine Weed Killer for St. Augustine Grass: Rain or water within 2 or 3 days of application may decrease the effectiveness on emerged weeds. However, for the control of weeds from seeds, rainfall or watering is necessary within 7 to 10 days after treatment. The maximum rate is 8.6 fl oz/1,000 sq ft per year with no more than two applications per year.
