The application rates range from 0.75 lbs per acre to 10lbs per acre for Alligare Diuron 80 DF depending on the weeds being targeted and the application site. You could use 5-10 lbs per acre for most applications, which breaks down to about 1.8 - 3.67 oz per 1000 sq ft. You will usually want to use a minimum of 2-5 gallons of water per 1000 sq ft so that you are getting the active ingredient down into the soil if this is a bare area like a gravel drive.
