The usage rate will depend on the insect you are trying to treat, but you will either need 1 or 2 ounces of product per 1,000 sq ft. Since there are 43,560 sq ft per acre, you will need 3-6 bottles of Archer IGR if you actually want to treat the entire acre. Most pests require that you only treat targeted areas, for example if you were treating for fleas you would only need to treat moist, shady areas and areas where animals spend a lot of time.
