How much Bonide Root & Grow Root Stimulator 4-10-3 do I use for one cup of water?

I am planting a new 5 inch peony tree and water to mix just one cup's worth.

Answer:

When transplanting trees: You use 3 ½ tbs of Bonide Root & Grow Root Stimulator 4-10-3 per gallon of water.  Use from 1-8 pints of diluted Bonide Root & Grow per plant, depending on size.  For smaller trees you would use at least 1 pint of mixed solution.  Pour diluted solution over the soil as the roots are being covered, making sure that the roots are wet with the solution. Wet soil around plants with water after planting.  The product is not meant to be used in any less quantity for effectiveness. Complete instructions on the product label
