Crystal Blue Copper Sulfate is not specifically labeled to target Spanish moss therefore we are not able to advise on an application rate. We would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for clarification and product support by either calling 888-697-2626 or by visiting their website's contact page. Southern Ag Liquid Copper Fungicide is labeled to target Ball Moss in Live Oaks which is closely related to Spanish Moss. Please view the product label for more information.
