CSI 4-4 Mosquito, Fly & Gnat Control  cannot be applied using a hand pump sprayer/backpack sprayer, it is only labeled to be applied via ULV NonThermal Foggers (cold fog), Thermal Aerosol Fogging equipment, Aerail Applications or Mist Blower.
