Mec Amine D 3-Way Broadleaf Herbicide is not a set rate per water used but instead is per area per the product label.  It would be applied at the rate of 3 to 4 pints per acre (1.1 to 1.5 fl oz/1000 sqft).  For normal application use 40-80 gallons of water per acre (1 to 2 gallons of water per 1000 sqft).  For professional lawn maintaince use to 5 gallons of water per 1000 sqft.
