How much of a fertilizer such as the Peters Professional 20-20-20 General Purpose Fertilizer that you use will depend upon the amount of the nutrients (usually Nitrogen) you want to apply to your target plants. Please refer to the product label for complete nutrient rates. It would be a good idea to contact your local cooperative extension office to speak with a master gardener for a recommendation on the exact application rate for your needs.
