How much Safari 20SG Systemic Insecticide with Dinotefuran should I mix with one gallon water.?

I am planning to spray an ash tree for borers.

The rate for Safari 20SG Systemtic Insecticide is 1.5 - 2.0 fl. oz. per inch of the trunk diameter diluted in at least 5-10 gallons of water. Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.
