Southern Ag Atrazine Weed Killer for St Augustine Grass is mixed at 4.3 fl oz per gallon of water per 500 sq ft or 1.1 pints per 4 gallons of water per 2,000 sq. ft per the product label.  In a 48 oz spayer, you would use 1.6 fl oz per 188 sq ft of area.
