The healthiest, hardiest lawns are fertilized 4 times per year, fall, summer, early spring and late spring but what’s needed can vary throughout the year. So if the Andersons 24 - 5 - 11 Fertilizer is what your lawn needs throughout the year it could be applied up to 4 times per year as long as you do not go over the max rate stated on the label but typically you would apply during the growing seasons only and use other fertilizers other times.
