Also Is there an expiration date where the product loses its effectiveness?

Answer:

Bonide Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate should not be used more than twice per year. The product should be used within 24 hrs of mixing with water or within 2-3 years from the date of purchase (if stored away from extreme temperatures).
