How often do you spray Bonide Pyrethrin Garden Insect Spray on Roses ?

My Roses are being eaten up and I recently started to spray Pyrethrin on them. My question is how often should I spray? Is there a hazard to me?

Answer:

The Bonide Pyrethrin Garden Insect Spray is a contact kill only that can be applied once a day per the product label.  We would recommend to use something with a residual to help you achieve better results and not have to spray so frequently to try to keep the bugs under control. Something like Fertilome Triple Action, or the Bio Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care
