How should I mix Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control - 38% Permethrin in my dog and cat pens?

Answer:

Hi Yield Plus Insect Control is mixed at the rate of 0.4-0.8 oz. per gallon of water.  Animals should be kept out of the area during application and until dry.
